- 1/4 cup Carrot (julienned)
- 1/3 cup Firm tofu (crumbled)
- 2 tbsp Fresh coriander (roughly chopped)
- 2 tbsp Roasted peanuts (crushed, for garnish)
- 1 tbsp Low-sodium light soy sauce (for sauce)
- 1 tbsp Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 small Red chili (finely sliced, optional for heat) - optional
